I am suffering from information overload 24/7, from work/professional, kids stuff, personal health and wellness, etc….my stress and anxiety are on hyperdrive! I cannot even shut my mind off long enough to listen to fiction!!! 🫠🫠🫨🫨

Agree with you about the info overload and a desire for fiction. The last fiction book I can recall reading and enjoying (12 years ago?) was “A Visit from the Goon Squad,” by Jennifer Egan.

You mention book suggestion...One of my favorite authors is Paulo Coelho. If you haven't read, check out The Alchemist. He has other books that are very good! Enjoy;)

Monique! You and I think alike! I’ve read the alchemist every year for 25 years—it’s one of my absolute favorites. And I love a lesser known work of his about relationships that is amazing called the Zahir. Strong recommend!!

I meant to visit you at the Pavilions in Sherman Oaks, but had to go to work early. Next time:)

Are you coming out with an onion/garlic salt soon?

Great mini podcast Anna! I hope you do more of them on the substack. Maybe 4-5 months ago I think you mentioned something that helped sciatica. Have you gone in depth about that and I just missed it or will you do a mini-pod about that? Or am I mistaken altogether which in that case you can ignore most of what I wrote. 😀

Oooh that’s a good one, I’ll talk about that on a future mini pod.
