I have a friend that doesn't tolerate pork sausage (or the stuff they put in it) very well. Do you think I could traditional sausage spices in ground beef and get a good outcome? Thanks!
yes, or you could make ground turkey sausage. if you have Eat Happy Too, there's a great breakfast sausage spice mix in the meat chapter that you can use.
