Having lived in Denver, truly miss this time of year. There were neighborhoods that the smell of roasting chilies was 24/7, for weeks. Fresh roasted Hatch Chllies are unknown here in Iowa. Perhaps the jars won’t be so bad. By the way, I agree with Vinnie. You are a doll.
