The questions are pouring in about Thanksgiving menus, so I will address that fully in next week’s post with a proper round-up of low carb recipe options to keep you on track.

In the meantime, if you want my PDF cookbook Eat Happy For The Holidays, you can grab it for $6.99 here, and download it instantly.

I’m typing this from my very large hotel room at the Seattle Residence Inn. I just completed 4 demos at Town & Country Markets and today I head out to Ballard to do my final one before flying back home.

I love Seattle. It’s gorgeous, the people are friendly, they love food, and they love to support small businesses. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to be able to talk to people who love to know where their food comes from.

I also have never been in a store that’s as buttoned up and on top of it as Town & Country. Everyone was so happy, accommodating, and delightful to work with. The main grocery buyer even swung by one of my demos to introduce himself.

Why is that important? Unless I’m at a trade show or on a pitch zoom, I rarely have an opportunity to meet a buyer. They’re very busy people, and I’m sure they’re pelted with brand owners like me who want a piece of their time.

This buyer went out of his way to check in with me, and that made me feel incredibly seen in a business that really really wants to squeeze the little guy.

One thing is clear, once people try my sauce, they are new customers for life.

So it’s my job to get everyone in America hooked on the gravy if I want to grow this business and change what’s on the shelves of grocery stores across ‘Murica.

People ask how to support our growth. I got some ideas here…

  1. You can buy sauces at retail stores. Check here if there’s a location near you. We add stores every week.

  2. You can order sauces, spices, and cheese bites at Eat Happy Kitchen. All the money you spend goes right back into growing the company.

  3. You can grab Salt Dust at Amazon. More products will be there soon…I’ll announce it everywhere when that happens.

  4. Tell a friend, convince your office to give our products as holiday or client gifts, post links in your Facebook groups and subreddits. This whole entire business is built from word-of-mouth, and I can’t thank you enough for that.

Thanks for being here, long timers. Seeing your faces at the stores is what keeps me going to do this. You road warriors know what a lonely existence it is going from place to place to grow a business.

I can’t wait to get home and eat a fresh home-cooked meal…and these Garlic Ginger Pork Tenderloin Medallions are on the menu.

Premium Subscribers, you are keeping the groceries going so I can write and publish these recipes.

Here’s one I’ve been saving just for you guys as it’s got a list of positive qualities that make it extra yummy: Asian flavor profile that we don’t get out in the wild, restaurant quality deliciousness, and you can get it on the table in 15 minutes. Bonus: pork tenderloin isn’t a super expensive cut of meat.

Pair this recipe with Creamy Dill Pistachio Brussels Sprouts or Shishito Peppers.
