Happy Solstice! Happy Holidays! Merry Christmas!
All the merry, bright and happy reasons for the seasons, you cute people.
I don’t care what you celebrate in your house, I just wanna help you celebrate by giving you good food ideas.
I’ve been sitting on this recipe for a couple of years, thinking I’d put it in a future cookbook.
But I woke up in the morning (thinking about so many things), and it hit me like a lightening bolt to share this two-fer-one recipe for my lovely premium subscribers.

Let’s get to this recipe that I know you will LOVE. It’s perfect for a Christmas Eve party or use it for anything New Years Eve or Day. Or just make the pot roast portion and call it a very successful weekday.
I’ve given the instructions for both Instant Pot and Slow Cooker for the Banana Pepper Pot Roast, which is the main component in the French Dip Bites.
