TASTEMADE LIVE COOKING CLASS: TUESDAY 2/7 at 7pm EST!
I’ve been making chocolate soufflés for years, so I’ve got the technique dialed in. However, I know they can intimidate even the most seasoned of home cooks, so I decided to demo them on a new livestream platform called Tastemade.
The chocolate soufflés we’re going to make are from my second cookbook Eat Happy Too. They’re a lower sugar version and are now the only version I make. You can use 85% or higher cacao chocolate, and you can even omit the added sweetener if you want to keep it low carb. But these are also a very good treat to make to feed your ASAG family a nice treat on Valentine’s Day. So how you tweak the recipe is entirely up to you.
We have about 20 seats left on this Tastemade livestream event. It’s a new platform that I think will be much easier to facilitate our live cooking classes together. In the future, I will charge for these, but for now, let’s test this system on a free cooking class!
Click here to reserve your slot. Yes, you’ll have access to the replay if you can’t make it.
XOXO
